Places on the Great Glen Way fill up from May to September, and Loch Ness is busy with other visitors too; book ahead and tell your host if you will arrive late. Baggage-transfer companies carry bags between overnight stops; book them in advance. The Citylink 919 bus along the A82 links most stage ends, but not Gairlochy.
