Nights on the Adlerweg are in Alpine club huts (ÖAV and DAV), private huts and village inns, usually with half board. Most high huts open from mid or late June to mid or late September. Most club huts are booked only online; some take bookings only by phone or email. A sleeping-bag liner is required in club huts, and several huts take cash only. The Loreahütte (stage 17) is self-catering and opens only with the Alpine club key. Wild camping is not allowed in Tyrol.
