On the O Circuit you sleep in refuges and campsites run by two companies: Las Torres Patagonia (Serón, Francés, Los Cuernos, Chileno and Central) and Vértice (Dickson, Los Perros, Grey and Paine Grande). A confirmed booking for every night is compulsory, wild camping is forbidden, and the CONAF campsites Paso and Italiano are closed.
