Bed and breakfast on the trail at Gavik, at the foot of Helvetesberget, with rooms in the guest house and farmhouse, two cottages, tent pitches and an outdoor shower. Open all year; book ahead because Gavik has no other beds.
Small lakeside campsite at the head of Grönsviken, about 0.2–0.6 km from the trail and 2 km after Fjärdbotten, with cabins of two to four beds, tent and caravan pitches and showers. Open 1 May to 1 October 2026, reception 9:00–18:00.
Simple trail hut near Lidenipan, about 0.2 km off the trail roughly halfway between Fjärdbotten and Gavik; no bunks, floor space for five or six people and no drinking water. Free, cannot be booked; share with other hikers.
Checked online in October 2026. Places marked "listed, not confirmed" appear in the official trail guidebook or on OpenStreetMap but not on a current official listing or their own website. The trail huts and wind shelters are free, cannot be booked and must be shared, so carry a tent. Hostels, B&Bs and campsites in the villages have only a few rooms and many open only in summer: book ahead for June to August.
