Rooms on the Cape Wrath Trail are few and far apart, many places are seasonal (about April to October) and phone signal is often missing, so book before you set off and tell your host if you will be late. Bothies are first come, first served; carry a tent. Food parcels can be posted ahead to Glenshiel Campsite; ask other places before you send one.
