17th-century inn and pub on the main street of Roundwood, about 2 km east of the Way. Bar food; the restaurant opens for dinner on Friday and Saturday and for Sunday lunch.

Villages on the southern half are small and have few beds, especially near Moyne and Shillelagh. Book ahead and ask your host about a pick-up from the trail.
