Places on the Kumano Kodo Nakahechi are small and fill up in spring and autumn. KUMANO TRAVEL takes booking requests only from 7:00 to 9:30 and 19:00 to 22:00 Japan time, and its daily luggage shuttle works only between inns booked through it: request it at least 20 days ahead. Arrive by about 17:00 and give any dietary needs when you book.
