Checked online in October 2026. Places marked "listed in a map or lodge listing" appear on OpenStreetMap or in a trekking lodge-booking listing, but have no website of their own that could be checked; phone numbers may be out of date. Teahouses are family-run lodges with simple twin rooms and a shared dining room; most expect you to eat dinner and breakfast where you sleep. In October and November book a day ahead at Thorong Phedi and High Camp, and pay in Nepali rupees in cash.
